Went there today at around 2pm for my lunch break. There was a young Hispanic lady working the shop. Usually never have any issues and never leave bad reviews but I’m tired of the disrespect. First she has headphones in, she asks what meat and I told her Angus roast beef and she couldn’t hear me I repeated it again and she still couldn’t hear me and caught an attitude. I had to repeat myself 5 times before I pointed at the words while she was getting frustrated because she could not hear me. I also have video proof of the disrespect and lack of customer service. Will never be returning unbelievable.
Super annoyed I don’t know if it’s the app or the employees just not reading the ticket but I couldn’t find the toasted button so I put it in the special instructions and my sandwich still wasnt toasted the second time this has happened
The Subway App has been a nightmare but this location has been awesome sorting out the issues. Your lunch rush was fast and efficient. The three ladies there on 09/08/2022 rocked!!!
I ordered my sandwich extra toasted but she burnt it and refused to re make it : I know I asked for extra toasted but she was rude about it and left it in there too long. I always ask them to put it in twice and it never comes out burnt. She just said that’s what you asked for n kept talking in spanish like i didn’t understand !!! lol
Hard to judge the food as I haven't eaten yet but what I will say is the trash can by the door only has one can under it, so the trash and "recycling" are going in the same can. Basically there is no recycling even though it's labeled as such. Do better in that regard, will update on food.
I ordered a turkey sandwich online. When I got home I discovered there was no meat on the sandwich. I called back. The person who answered the phone said she did not remember if she put meat on that sandwich. I asked to talk to the manager. She said the manager wasn’t there. She was very rude. She would not give me her name. She then hung up on me.
A horrible experience none of the features sandwiches that we ordered curbside And three new signature series no changes just on the menu Three sandwiches no cheese we made the order combos no chips drinks had no ice in fountain drinks i mean no ice when asked about the ice and chips they just walked away Parking: All spots were full takeout
Placed a order online , went to pick up and opened my sub well the entire paper the sub was wrapped in was dripping sauce . It was messy the sub was literally drenched in sauce . Never asked for extra sauce and also I asked for light jalapeños opened the sub and it had a jar Dam near . My bread was falling apart because of the sauce had to use a napkin to try to get some off of it . Smh wouldn’t recommend going here I’ve had better subway experiences this was not it !
Horrible store , every time I’ve gone they’ve given me the wrong sandwich. My dad went back after getting home & realizing we got the wrong sandwiches to tell them they messed up our order & they made him drive all the way back to my home to bring the messed up sandwiches ??!!! Very rude workers & they are always on drugs of some sort .
Don't go here!!! They charged my card twice and so far no one that works there can seem to fix this issue. The sandwich was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten. Don't waste ur money here. They don't speak English and u have to point at what u want because they can't understand you. Never again!!!!!
