A very interesting concept, they take the school thing seriously. And the food is seriously good too. I had a burger, it was juicy and delicious. While I didn't have one, the cocktails look good as well. Definitely worth checking out.

Super-cool design that is well-executed throughout; even down to the scoresheet themed menus and restroom chalkboard walls! There's a nice patio space out front, perfect for drinks on a warm spring day, or you can just sit by the large open doorway at one of their colorful high-top school chair tables! Their happy hour had some great food & drink options (the Goat Cheese Dip was both unique and good, and their Pink Drink was super-tasty!) Some of the food options seemed odd, and their Chicken & Waffle skewers were more like corn dogs made with chicken in the middle, but loved how clever everything was anyway.

Never really give bad reviews but this place put a bad taste in my mouth. Giving at least a couple stars because we ended up getting chicken and waffles which were hearty and delicious and our server Marissa was really great. However, our experience was tainted as soon as we walked in the door. My boyfriend and I walk in to the restaurant and the two hostesses gave us some crazy stink eye and then give eachother side eye before we even do or say anything. They did not greet or welcome us, just kind of stare until I finally asked if they could seat us. The hostess says, "try to seat them anywhere". She walks us through the restaurant (which has a few full tables) to a booth in the very back right next to the kitchen door. I could understand this if the place was packed but there were a ton of other open tables and everyone else in the section was sitting to the front of the room near the windows. I was really looking forward to going to this place but it was just a really unfriendly experience from the get go. Would like to say I'd be back because the physical vibe of the place is cool but I worked in service for a long time and have never treated anyone like that. Cool environment but staff needs training on basic service skills.

We ate in the bar, and the atmosphere was great. Sports on big screens, but everybodyhas that. They have old school desk suspended from the ceiling and lots of items that bring back fond memories of elementary school. The food was great and portions were huge. Waitstaff kept an eye on us but didn't hover. My friend was very impressed with the wall of whiskey. Literally hundreds of choices, and one of those rolling library ladders that allowed the barkeep to get exactly what you wanted. We went for the atmosphere, but we'd return for the libations and the food.

An overall fantastic atmosphere combined with 1485 different kinds of alcohol. The bacon-wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates were pretty good. Had a whole array of Japanese scotch one of my favorites. Check it out
