Yak and Yeti is easily my favorite place for Indian food in the area. The staff are all friendly and helpful, there's a wide variety of food on the menu and everything I've had there was excellent. And you can order take out online! If you get a chance, definitely check out the buffet, it's a great way to try a larger selection of their food to see what you like.

Great experience! The food was hot, buffet area is kept clean & full. First time trying Indian food & I can say that I will be back! We double dated here with our roommates & everyone left well satisfied. Waiting area is limited & at first glance was unsure but after my visit, I would absolutely recommend!

The atmosphere of the place is great. We did the buffet option. For the prices of meals, it's the best deal there. Pretty much everything was delicious and it wasn't all spiced down for Americans. We got alone authentic heat going on. 

The staff was...acceptable. They weren't the most pleasant but they weren't outright rude either. Tasks were accomplished, the table was cleared often enough, and the food served. Not a deal breaker, but not anything to boast about.

Wonderful atmosphere. Being inside of an old house adds a nice ambience to this restaurant.  The beer brewed here is delightfully unique and complex, using hibiscus, and Jalapeno's, pecans, and even chai as ingredients. The food is everything that you'd expect from such a one of a kind place. Try going for the buffet so you can try everything they have to offer. Plenty of vegetarian options.

This place has amazing food! We have been to this location a few times as well as the one up on Sheridan and we prefer this location more. It has a really fun atmosphere being inside of an old house. So there is a lot of character. Parking can get tricky when it gets really busy because the lot isn’t very big. They tend to have a long wait on the weekends because it is a very popular place. But it is so worth it. If you can, I’d suggest going on a week night when it’s not so busy.
