Story

Homegrown Tap & Dough - Arvada is a locally-owned neighborhood restaurant serving some of Colorado's best hand-made pizzas and house-made pastas, as well as gourmet burgers made with natural, never-frozen beef patties, high-quality produce, and a bun made fresh daily exclusively for the restaurant group. The 4,200-sq ft space features 52 draft beers, including a wide selection of rare craft beers, as well as some favorite domestics. The new restaurant also boasts 19 hi-def TVs, including one 90 inch TV, great for viewing sporting events, ski chair and gondola dining, a vintage arcade game room, perfect for all ages, and a spacious patio for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.

I went here specifically for a pizza after seeing all the reviews.  It was pretty good.  On to the next place that has fired ovens.  Looking for a great pizza.

Update...Went back again. And I must say it was even better. Salad fresher and pizza was really good.  And make sure you say lunch pizza unless there’s 2 of you.

We had a walk in 11 tip that Sean was able to seat as quickly as he could! He also made sure to keep us posted on the status of our huge table and when we would be sat, which was very appreciated as we had 4 kids with us! Jesse was our server, and he was impressively knowledgeable about the menu and what would best suit our dietary restrictions. I ordered the wrong beer, and Chris their beer guy made sure I had gotten specifically what I asked for! The beer menu is also totally legit, and Chris orders all of it. The food was delicious, and it all came out very quickly! Kudos to the whole team!

Came here after a long moving day... Uhaul and all... They were packed! We grabbed a buzzer and walked about a block away to a bar and waited there. Luckily, their buzzers have a great range! Took about 20 minutes to get seated, which was completely reasonable considering their volume. 

Once seated I was floored with how quickly our waiter came (he was super friendly and helpful) and how fast our food and beers came out. I want to reiterate they were packed and a 20 minute wait was completely expected, I think we had our pizzas (3 of them) in 15 minutes. Food quality was great, good variety for everyone. Ambiance here is nice. Good for family or a date. Will absolutely come back. Good beer selection too.

Homegrown Tap & Dough was a pretty cool place. My group and I (4 people all together) got seated and then we saw the gondola seat,  we immediately asked to be seated there and with no hesitation that is where we were redirected. We ended up getting the Pepperoni Rolls which were tasty. I ordered an Original burger ( a traditional cheese burger) it was good but was a little undercooked for my taste. The service was fantastic; drinks were filled consistently, clutter removed from the table and the occasional " How's everything tasting?". Would recommend.

Been meaning to try this restaurant in Olde Town Arvada as it seems to be busy often. So glad we did! Our party of four were all very hungry and got seated close to the kitchen where we got to watch the pizza experts throwing dough into the air. Very cool! Ordered appetizers that came quickly. Ordered our dinner and it came out amazingly fast as well! I had the pig and pear pizza and it was SO delicious! Very interesting combination of flavors that went together perfectly. Everyone was happy with their choices. Now we know why it is a busy spot. Definitely going back again to try something new!
