How is this place still open? This whole practice is a joke.Waiting 3 hours for a frickin crown, only to find out it's not your crown but someone else's??? They need to be shut down..And a nasty attitudes ? No,  no. Stay away.

Had two appointments scheduled, two weeks in advance each time, secretary called the day of, one hour prior to the appointment asking to reschedule because Dr. Schultz wasn’t in.  How is it that the dr is never in??  How do you run a dentistry and cancel all of your appointments???

OMG! Run, do not walk, out the door! 

Secretaries rude, office dirty and full of dust, even in the procedure rooms. I went there for a cleaning, he put the motorized rubber buffer (fluoride) on my front teeth only and said I was done, that took 30 seconds! 

When I confronted him, he said, "that's how they do it here", and they will be putting in a request to my insurance company for a scaling. I told him I had a scaling last year with my previous dentist in Florida and a scaling was not necessary again, I just wanted a cleaning, which I get every six months, he then again said "That's how we do it here".

I immediately called my insurance company and have filed a complaint against him. In my opinion, he is scamming the medical insurance company!

Not only did Doctor Schultz refear me to his friend doctor sharon pollick but the office itself 240 patchogue ypaphank road has some of the nastiest secretaries. this office helped sharon pollick cover up the fact that she took out my wrong tooth. I STRONGLY suggest going to another dentist. these people do not know what they are doings. such unprofesional and illegal activity goes on in this office.
