Dr. Shannon and his staff were extremely kind, competent, and patient with my many questions and I. Dr. Shannon carefully explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood the procedure and my options. And despite the early appointment (9 am on a Saturday!), their happy and friendly attitudes were able to make a dentist appointment enjoyable. I highly recommend this office.

I have avoided going to the dentist, having some bad prior experiences. However I knew this would be different after leaving a message with Dr. Shannon's office. The very next day he called me back himself to find out what was wrong. He set up an appt for me immediately, and by the end of the next day the problem tooth was extracted and I was already feeling better. Dr Shannon made me feel comfortable from the second I walked into his office. He is very friendly, honest and open about your dental health and what needs to be done. I have since been back for a proper cleaning, which I hadn't had in years. I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit, as I can already see the difference in my teeth from one cleaning. If you are looking for a great dentist, stop right here you've found him! Thank you Dr. Shannon!

Dr. Shannon's office is great! Friendly and accommodating. Dr. Shannon is professional as is his staff. He explains in detail the work that needs to be done and gives you options. A big plus about Dr. Shannon is that when he gives you a needle, it doesn't hurt! I've been to a lot of dentists in the past but Dr. Shannon is definitely one of the best that I've been to. So glad I found his practice!

Dr. Shannon is the best! He is always thorough, personable, and really takes the time to educate the patient on everything that he is doing and that is going on. He has a great sense of humor and is always very accessible to his patients. I have been coming to his office since I was a child and even though I no longer live in the immediate area, I still keep him as my dentist because I don't think I will find anyone better than him to take care of my teeth!

When I came to Dr. Shannon, I had extremely inflamed gums. My gums oftentimes would bleed for no reason, which caused me to become extremely self-conscious in business meetings, meeting new friends, etc. I had gone to other dentist, and no one knew how to help or took the time to go through the possible causes with me. After one visit to Dr. Shannon and his professional advice, my gums stopped bleeding within a couple of days! I can smile confidently now, and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Shannon and his team for giving that back to me. That's truly priceless.
