The coffee was decent, however the "trainer" spent her time drinking coffee and playing on her phone as the line grew to four.  What happen to proper customer service.  I felt bad for the new employee having a poor example to follow.  Visited 8/2/2017 at 2:00 PM.

I just stood in there for 12 minutes at the back of what I thought was the line. There are 4 girls working inside and not a single one of them said hello, asked if I needed to order or told me I was in the wrong spot( there are no signs for order or pick up). I needed to order a smoothie and some water for my pregnant daughter who needed it in this heat.  Meanwhile another lined formed and I had to eventually go to the end of that line ( after I realized on my own, still no help from the 4 girls). Long story short....it took me almost half an hour to get what I needed and my daughter is completely overheated and red faced. These girls or this company need to seriously step up their customer service and being helpful starts with a simple hello. I'm not even a coffe drinker, I simply go in for the smoothies which will never happen again. The only reason that is even a star is because you can not start a review without it.
