Tony and Dennis were very punctual and communicative about when they would arrive. They did a thorough job of measuring and taking a close look at the work that needed to be done.  They provided an estimate within five minutes of looking at the job.  Based on the initial  interaction, I fully expect this job to go well.

Scott's Plumbing always returns calls promptly. They are responsive to your needs and every employee has been respectful, courteous and responsible. I have had to call for emergencies and for everyday issues. Each time they reacted with a sense of urgency and have always made me feel comfortable and confident in their work.

I have done business with Scott's plumbing for over 7 years now ... they have done major plumbing projects on my  Mom's house in south Knoxville, a rental house of mine in Fountain City, my daughters house in west Knoxville and never had any problems what so ever.  They show up on time, give good estimations of time and costs involved and have always finished on time.   You can call Scott Robinson directly if there are concerns.  I have lived in Knoxville most of my life and so far they are the best plumbing service in this city....just good honest hard-working people .... I highly recommend them...Robert

The employees were prompt and professional. They spent time explaining the options to me. As they worked, they moved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the same day service and the manner in which they respected my time and my home.
