Amazing to find such high quality service and integrity nowadays. We  bought a home that had a very rare Italian faucet that had developed a slow leak. I dis-assembled it to see if I could source some seals to repair it and found the ceramic cartridge had cracked and upon assembly it now  leaked even worse! Were were leaving for vacation in 2 days and a friend was coming to house sit for us. I frantically began searching for a replacement part and found Locke Plumbing on line. They helped me identify the correct part and bent over backwards to ensure the part got too us in time to install before we left on our trip. And later they found out the overnight charge was a bit less than they had been quoted and they followed up to let us know they were refunding the difference!  A rare experience nowadays! Excellent to work with! Incredibly responsive prior to the job and they did a great job! I know nothing about plumbing so they were patient and helpful with all of my questions. I look forward to working with them on bigger jobs in the future. Super professional!

Absolutely the best. I sent a picture they identified the item and got it to be pronto! This was an unusual item and am very appreciative of there help.

Had a hard time determining the brand of my old faucet. Sent several pictures and specs to Locke and they were so helpful in helping me conclude what faucet I had and what parts I needed. Ordered the parts on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. Great customer service and highly recommended!
