I will never use another plumber. Knoxville Plumbing showed up to our house on time. They called 30 minutes before arrival and sent a text message with a picture of the technician that would be helping us. His name was Josh T. He was fantastic. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We were quoted a price before he began work and the quote was 100% accurate. My wife and I were very impressed. I’m not one to leave reviews, but our experience was so fantastic I had to.  Thank you Knoxville Plumbing and Josh T. We will never use anyone else.

I would highly recommend Knoxville Plumbing.  They were expedient to respond to our problem, very professional, reasonable and knowledgeable.  Our expert, Rick P., was a very likeable, knowledgeable professional and we would request him again should we need plumbing services.  Also, Janet, who answered the phone when I first called, was very kind, helpful and on top of contacting me to keep me posted as to when someone would arrive.  I also really appreciated the text to let me track when my professional would arrive and even gave me a picture so I could be sure it was him.  Since this was an after hours call, I really appreciated that.  I would highly recommend this company!! :)

John and Quinton were at our house quickly to fix our plumbing problem. I appreciate their work ethic and expertise. I highly recommend Knoxville Plumbing for any plumbing needs you might have.

Great service! Our service technician John and Adam were able to identify our problem and were happy to answer all questions we had. They were professional and worked quickly. The receptionist Amber had great customer service and was very polite. All over a great experience.

I cannot say enough good words to describe our experience with Knoxville Plumbing.  Robert, Rick, and Quinton were working in our house for eight days putting the new PEX piping which replaced our copper pipes and I am just so impressed.  They are hard working, honest, and pleasant to work with.  We met with Bret before the project started and he did a wonderful job thoroughly explaining to us what to expect and answering all our questions.  Bret also helped install the water filtration system and for a few days now we have been so thankful for the significant change in the quality of our water.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
