My husband I are were looking for a long term stay while he attends school. The staff has been nothing but helpful and respectful along the way. When we asked about particular open spaces, they said we couldn't choose as several were open but not available meaning they were already booked for a future stay. Totally understandable. That was us...a future "resident", and giving it some thought, I would be pretty upset if my space was given to someone else before I arrived.  Thank you, SRR, for honoring your assigned reservations! 

We booked our reservation a few months ago and have needed to adjust things in the process. Super accommodating and helpful! Quick email responses! We are looking forward to our stay!

My husband and I are looking for an RV park to stay in during our transition to the Arizona area. We reached out to the Scottsdale RV Ranch after reviewing their website in hopes that we could learn a little more about their property. Long story short, we are baffled at the poor customer service, condescending tone and lack of respect. We do not have any problem with the rates and the pictures/ area look nice but we will NOT stay somewhere with such a poor customer service base. First impressions go a long way and we were willing and able to give them our business but after treating us like we are stupid for asking questions and telling us to "look in other areas for flexibility and budget", we are happy to go elsewhere and not waste our time. I would take a look at their "rules and policies" on their website to get a good laugh! They want you to pay for guests to visit on a per day basis and they don't take responsibility for broken machines and property on their site (like vending machines). Again, take a look and you'll see all of this for yourself! As someone who works in a customer service based field, you recognize the businesses that appreciate their customers and want to expand but this is not one of them.

So far we have had no issues with them. They return emails quickly and have more than helped us with getting our reservation and all questions answered.  We look forward to our stay this season with Scottsdale rv!  They have been more than accommodating for me and my family.

I previously looked at the park and it's highly unkept by the husband and wife team. Not sure she really understands English. The husband on my second visit there rushed up to me in the parking lot and berated me for my parking which had one of my tires on the yellow line. He was infuriated, his tone was unprofessional, as if he owned the place. He was confronting me as if I had done something terribly wrong. I was insulted and angered and told the uneducated man he needed to reconsider his tone and step away from me. He hurried to his car with his chinese wife. I left, but I'm sorry, I've been to number if other surrounding trailer park in which I have lived. They all describe this park as having unprofessional team of management. Drive by, you'll see, unkept, leaking water lines. I understand why it looks the way it does. Roadrunner, Scottsdale corral are far superior....

We've been here for 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about the park. The spaces are generous in size for those staying a longer period of time and management is friendly, sweet and helpful. There's citrus trees, palms, green space and cute parrots to bird watch. They're always making improvements to the park. Being so close to papago park has been awesome as well. We love it here.
