Ultimate hidden Oasis in a great part of town.  Lots of shade if you are lucky enough to find a spot that has some (There are quite a few).  The park and residents are quiet and friendly.  Couldn't think of a better place to stay.

Park management is allowing known drug users and felons to live in park now. Sad because this use to be a great place to stay.
