Do not buy a there They have little luslrtybgrillllo that getsü benefits. They do not check on elderly in appropriate  that they take advantage of them. I was younger and many called me about issues such as High utility bills yet Afraid  to fight. Because it's on reservation land is hard t fight any thing and they know this. I wasn't able to use antlyl resources t

If you are looking for a place to live in the Tempe or Scottsdale area with a quiet retirement this would be the idea place. It is designed for those 55 or older who like the friendly friendship of other seniors.

Nice retirement community with lots of activities. Great neighborhood to move to if you want to get involved the the activities and meet other retirees.
