Story

Nestled in the Elements Building Complex of Downtown Bellevue lies Scotty Brown's newest Restaurant and Bar. The new space provides a great combination of an urban setting and rural feel, due to its large outdoor patio and fire pits looking onto The Bravern and towering Microsoft buildings. Scottys Bellevue lies off of 8th Avenue amongst Bellevue Square, Lincoln Center, The Bravern, and Bellevue Galleria. Scotty Brown's is a great spot to grab a bite and beer at a good price. It also has one of the best patios in Bellevue.

This place was really yummy! Parm, our server, was super nice to us. Like extra nice! Great menu, fantastic ambience-- sat outside and watched moon come up. Menu is a bit expensive, and hours are a little on the early side- though he did mention that hours may creep later in the summer. They did last call at 9:45 and were putting up chairs, and we were the first of the whole patio (who were there when we got there) to leave a few min after 10. We are definitely coming back. 5th star for cheaper and/or later hours. Good place.

I've been going here for a few years and the quality of the food has gone slightly down and the prices have gone steadily and noticeably up. The meager food selection is all over the place. The beer selection is mezzo-mezzo. I do recommend the Social Ice, however. Everything here seems overpriced. Service is a roller coaster -- usually decent, sometimes bad. If it weren't for the convenience I would probably not go out of my way to go here. At least the music selection has its intriguing moments.

Food was pretty good here but we just had a bad experience with service. We went in early for lunch with a newborn and we asked for a quiet booth since the restaurant was completely empty. Then right after we ordered, the same guy who sat us set up the table for a party of 10 women for a birthday party right next to us. Really loud day drinking while we are trying to feed the baby. I don't understand why they didnt move us if they were going to set a huge party next to us - they were drinking and loud and kept bumping our table (almost knocked over our drinks twice) and one person almost dropped a bag on my baby's head since she wasn't watching where she was going. We basically just packed up and asked for the check and left. The restaurant was more than half empty and there was an entire row of empty booths not far away where we could have sat and not been in fear of someone hurting my child.
