Took them half an hour of a 2 hour rental to bring drinks, teach us the system, etc. They said we could stay past our reservation, but didn't tell us it would add on charges. The waitress kept coming in and standing in the way of the singer, or pausing it so she could chat her way through simple questions. Music selection was terrible and many had the wrong lyrics or translation issues. Some were harmless, like "deer" instead of "dear". Others made the song unsingable. We were pretty upset by the time we left. One upside- the food was good!

I enjoyed the karaoke! We had a large group, but the staff was very accommodating. It was more sing-along karaoke since the lyrics were playing with the music.

Dress code, hefty cover charge, pricey drinks, minimal seating and lets minors in after hours. That's my biggest problem. Security is rendered useless by the staff so safety goes out the window even with staffing.

Worst service. 1.5 hrs wait, double charged on one of the items of the bill and they made it incredibly difficult to refund that item. Also never came to check on us, so I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for sauce, water and order something else. There was only 1 other person eating in the restaurant and we were only a party of 2. Unacceptable, will never go back there. When I asked for the manager's business card she refused and said she would pass along the info. Disappointing.

My sister's and I decided to spend our 3 birthdays here so we rented out the large room for up to 30 people. There was maybe 15 of us. Took an hour for our drinks and I had to find our server multiple times to even make sure they were coming. She had forgotten some too. After waiting an hour and a half for food, we canceled the food order because we only had the room for two hours. Come to find out the server was by herself and all the rooms were full. Considering you pretty much have to reserve the rooms this was unacceptable to have only one server on. She did the best she could under horrible circumstances, so we can't blame her, but we were still extremely disappointed and ended up leaving unsatisfied and hungry since we planned in having dinner there. I wasn't even able to sing a full song because I had to keep checking up on our food. For how much I paid for the room and considering we saw our server once without flagging her down something should've been done.
