Went here on a Friday night at 5:30p. Took twenty five min to get drinks and over an hour to get food. One of the entrees was burnt visibly. Waitress was forgetful of several things about our order and had to be reminded several times. She didn't take our food order until 25 min in when we got or drinks finally. Manager was aware of issues and offered no compensation for the wait or the issues. I will credit them for attempting to recover from the burnt entree quickly but by then the mood had soured. The other entrees were ok, but not great. Waitress kept pressing for us to use the Scotty's app to pay for our meal to get points. Turns out if you use the app you are forced to tip at least 15%. Appears to be no way to say no tip or a smaller tip. Each time we have given this location a try we have regretted it. Don't make my mistake. I remember when Scotty's downtown location was all the rage and how good the food was. With this place it feels like a shadow of the Scotty's I remember and that is a terrible shame. We won't be back.

Food is always good, however when I place an order online at 6:30pm and it tells me it will be ready for pick up at 7:15 and it’s 7:50pm and it’s still not ready (in fact you are asking me what my order is and if I’m Deal Dash customer, etc)....You aren’t going to have a happy customer. Be realistic with your timeframes, I have much better things to do than sit at your restaurant waiting for an order. As a self-employed business owner, time is money in my world. Time order was finally received = 8:00pm Oh but I was given a $5.00 coupon good til the end of the month. We won’t be back. 45 min of my time is worth a lot more than $5.00 - how insulting. I didn’t realize that 2 sandwiches took an hour and a half for the kitchen to make. Even on a slammed night, that’s a really bad excuse for losing someone’s order.

This isn't my absolutely favorite place to eat. Just doesn't appeal to my taste, nothing wrong with the food. They do have good wings. However the service is a bit slow, I've come here on four different occasions and it's always a long wait. But they've never gotten an order wrong, have always gotten us seated quickly, food is always hot. Just slow at taking orders and getting meals cooked. Even when it doesn't appear that busy.

Decent wings and good service, excellent spot to come and watch sports with friends. Normally crowded and at times there is a wait time to be seated.

We went weekly when it first opened. Always has been hit or miss with service. Food quality is ok but fairly consistent. Management comes and goes almost as often as we do. With new ownership group, it has gone down hill. Unfortunate decision and now the family atmosphere is gone.
