This B of A on 2nd Avenue is the best branch that I've been to at least in my city of Escondido everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I usually pass by a much closer Branch to attend the one on 2nd because there's nothing better than getting the Professional Service you need with a personal touch to it and I do have my favorite teller there.

They are nice but the lines are always long and they don't ever seem to have enough staff.

Only 3 cashiers and 20 people in line. Need to schedule lunches better.

Horrible, IM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER WHO BANK AT MIN. 3x a week... I've never experienced a time when the second largest bank in the world BOA! refuse to have enough tellers avail. For their customers... let alone their Merchant client . They lack customer service amongst many other customer service issues.
