My girlfriend and I were having lunch just a block away and she told me she has always wanted to check out Gems N' Loans. So, we walked over and from the second we entered the store until we left, we felt completely welcomed! The store was nicely laid out and everyone working there were incredibly helpful and friendly! We were also impressed with the selection of jewelry and tools! Great place to shop if you're looking for a great deal and friendly service!!

This location redeemed itself when I went to return my ring, they surprised me in that I actually felt they were on my side. Thanks again and will Def. be back.

overall great experience!!! These people were so personable, honest and efficient!!! They were great to do business with. I didn't feel taken advantage of, infact they made me feel like family. Would recommend them time and time again!!!

Didnt expect to be lowballed so much. Dont sell anything here unless you want to get less than 20% of whats its worth.  I dont like theivery!
