Although quick to facilitate payment, this company continues to ignore my request for some sort of compensation after I complained that the piano was not present. I have saved email correspondence indicating that the piano was the selling factor for me when I booked our home. Customer service seemed great at the start, but entirely absent in the face of a complaint. Follow up two weeks later- they have resolved the issue in a fair manner. So I am changing the review.

We stay here at least once a year we always rent different homes and were usually very happy with the homes. Expect when we have rented in the hillside both times the homes have been dirty and dumpy. Our most recent visit to Sea Ranch we rented a hillside home it was dirty and had a huge ant problem so having to clean someone else's house all week was not fun for me. When reached out for assistance from Sea Ranch rentals no one wants to take responsibility they want to blame the homeowner and as far as I'm concerned there both responsible. They did come out and spray for ants but I still had to compulsively vacuum! Like I said this is not the norm my advise don't rent a hillside home pictures are deceiving!

A lot of issues and no follow-thru. In May 2016 we tried to rent a house in Sea Ranch, but it took 3 phone calls (after the request for quote) to finally get a contract sent. When I signed and sent in the contract (the same day I got it), 2 days later I was told the house was taken off the market. Don't understand why we had to go thru all the additional work. So we picked another house (which was more expensive, and in our opinion not as nice). Anyways, when we arrived on July 1st. We found the following: Women's lingerie in the master bedroom dresser. The dishwasher didn't work. There was food still in the refrigerator. The sliding door guides were so worn down, you had metal grinding against metal. Some of the windows were frozen in place and wouldn't open. When we checked out and went to the office to return the keys (July 5th), I expressed my frustration and requested a credit for these inconveniences. I was told by the Manager that he had to get corporate approval and that he would call me in the next couple of days. I never heard from anyone - EVER. Other than these issues, the house and décor was dated and old. For the $400 per night cost, you are better off staying somewhere else.

We have rented many houses from this firm, they have a good rental policy
