Nice little place, friendly staff. In town on business for a week and was told by several people how great the food at this place was. Was surprised to walk in and watch the chef cutting fish meats practically in the the bar seems a bit unsanitary. Our salads were made by the bartender that dug the items out of her beer cooler. Salad was good and bartender was very friendly. Our steaks arrived and my medium rare was medium well. I asked for sauce, bartender offered to have my meal re-cooked but u told her it was fine. While eating our meal two women ordered strips as well and they returned theirs for not being cooked enough. You are a busy little place, I recommend you buy real prime beef, age it which you are not doing since i watched you trim the tomokawk straight out of a cryovac, trim it early in the day not at the bar during service and retrain your grill cook.

This is by far the best steak in town. The small area made it feel like you were having dinner with family. I would defiantly get there really close to when they open. We showed up ten mins before they opened and there was already a line. By the time we left there was a wait. None the less I will defiantly be going back!

Outstanding experience overall. It’s a small, intimate setting with friendly staff. The andouille mussels are outstanding and the NY strip was seared to perfection. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience in St. Pete Beach.
