I am writing to warn others to stay away from this place!  I purchased a Sears Die Hard battery in January of 2017.  By September 26, 2017 it was completely worthless and my car would not start without being jumped.  I took the battery into Sears, they told me I had a bad starter, that they would not honor the two year battery warranty until the starter was replaced.  I took the car to another more reputable repair shop.  They assured me that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my starter, and that the battery was faulty.  I returned to Sears, questioned them about the supposedly faulty starter, and they threatened to call the police and threw me out of the facility.  I had to go to corporate and explain the situation to get any results.  The  auto manager still would not honor the warranty even after the managers told him to do the right thing!!!  Finally a corporate bigshot went into the shop and told him face to face to replace the battery NOW.  The corporate guy stood outside until the battery was replaced!   The manager was totally unprofessional and totally untrustworthy.  I will never go to Sears Automotive again.  Ever.  Sad, because I always thought Sears was great.  The current staff will tell you things are wrong with your car when in fact your car is just fine.   My advice is just don't even go in the front door.   There are other much more reputable auto places.

I bought a tire alignment, oil change, and wheel rotation package on Groupon. I made an appointment online and they called me and changed it for 1.5 hours later. No big deal in and of itself. 

However, upon arrival I was told that since I didn't buy my tires at Sears that there was an extra charge to align them?? Nowhere on the Groupon did it mention that non Sears tires were extra. Then upon arrival to pick up my truck, it wasn't ready yet. Neither of the cashiers mentioned that there was a seating area behind the cash registers. My girlfriend discovered it after we had been standing in the front area for 15 minutes. We were the only ones in the place by the way, except the two cashiers who were talking amongst themselves. 

When I got my truck I asked what the mechanic said about a tail light issue I requested that they advise me on. She said, rather curtly, that he didn't have time to really look at it since they close in 10 minutes. I stood there dumbfounded since it was that agent that changed my appointment to the later time and since they'd had it for 1.5 hours at that point. 

I will never ever go here again and I would strongly recommend that anyone who cares about their vehicle don't either. I feel rather foolish about trying to save money and go to a shop I didn't know personally. That's why I'm writing this review; so that others can be warned. I found the Billings Sears Auto Center to have pretty despicable business practices and customer service.

Allan M. seems like a really nice guy but incredibly not helpful .

purchased a Groupon which happened to be conventional oil change , was unable to use it even when I took a half hour to exchange for synthetic version... was still unable  to use...received no help or assistance from the staff at this Sears location.
 Even when making multiple appointments they there never received them,  never used the online platform correctly or the person I talked to never documented it in their system.
 
This is a very poorly run establishment, I am thankful Groupon refunded the money I spent for these coupons

There has to be more to Tatary's story. Allan Martinez is great and I can't see him being racist (learn how to spell) Allan helped me with a tire warranty issue even though I did not buy the tires there. He's super helpful and gets things done.

Very knowledgeable no-pressure sales staff. Would definitely recommend Sears Automotive to anybody I know.
