They made a mistake and we had some issues, but they were decent about making it right.

I'm here to tell you master lube has my business for life. Not only did they change my oil, check my air filter and showed it to me and THAN  blew it out they washed my windows and my back up camera they checked my air pressure in my tires they vacuumed my car gave me a print out of everything else they checked like power fluid  and than the boss doubled checked everything. They reset my digital oil remaining as well. As I left everybody in the shop thanked me for my business the boss open my car door for me to get in and then shut it behind me and wished me a happy Thanksgiving. Sold for life. Plus it took 15 minutes.

They got me in and out quickly, but didn't tighten up my air cleaner assembly properly so my check engine light came on. I found the issue on my own and tightened it down. They made a mistake but were more than decent about it.Great customer service.

The changed my car's oil and the "engine check" light came on as soon as I drove off of the shop.. I couldn't come back because I was on the road to a different city..
