I am sorry that Niven did not find the Doulton figurine he was looking for. All of our Doultons are NEW NEVER USED OR SOLD. Some figurines have the boxes missing or not on display. The figurine he mentioned is 35+ years old and yes the box and plinth may be mislaid and the PRICE WOULD REFLECT THAT. We also may have had another in stock with the box etc. We are not "fraudulent dealers" he is cruel and wrong in this matter. We have been in business in Windsor since 1939, servicing customers with pleasure and honesty. He should come to the store again and apologize to my loyal hard working staff. BTW..the Doultons are 60-70% off the most current prices for collectable items. We are the LAST large retailer in the Core of the City!! That ALL RETAILERS are struggling in the Windsor economy is a known fact. He should be helping the downtown not sending customers elsewhere. Joan Shanfield

So much to look at They have areas of the store I have yet to explore It is a great place to look for collectible ceramics items or if looking for some kind of theme I ❤ the horoscope plates

These idiots are trying to sell 2 Royal Doulton HRH Prince of Wales HN2884 as new when the 35 year old limited edition figurine is missing its original centre opening display box, the wooden plinth stand and the numbered certificate of authenticity. Do not trust this fraudulent dealer.
