It is worth driving to this store from Burlington; the two stores in Burlington never restock and they are very dirty stores. Why are they like that?? But Waterdown....nice layout, CLEAN store and stocked very well!

I have mixed views about this location. On the one hand, they always have what I need and products are reasonably priced. Plus, they have great people working there. On the other hand, it took them about a week to fix a metal bar sticking out of the floor in the east entrance. My four-year-old son tripped on the bar and hit his head on a shopping cart. He had a deep cut on his forehead and needed stitches. One thing when you don't know about the hazard and leave it unattended, but it's a different story when you know about it and take your time to fix it.

They've cut down the cashiers a massive amount, making more room for self-check out (which is brutal), leaving only about 5 other tills open (but they usually only have 2 people working them...). For a "Superstore" it really doesn't make any sense when half the people shopping have an entire cart load to ring through. Today I waited 20 minutes in line for a cashier and it was a Monday at 3pm! They have also stopped bagging your groceries unless you ask them too. I've also noticed the food selection is very slim. Altogether, I will not be shopping at this Walmart anymore.

I have only been to this location once. As I sat and enjoyed breakfast, it was a pleasure to watch both the security personel and the greeting staff ( Daniel ) interact with everyone coming and going. They would say hello to everyone, making all the customers smile. Even though I did not buy anything, it was fantastic to experience such good cheer from a total stranger.
