Friggin idiots working up there. Can't order a part online and have it picked up by a friend( I live 30 miles away) in store because the website says the store does not have it in stock even though I confirmed it did. Also they will not accept third party credit cards over the phone. I called and asked them to update their system so I could purchase it online with my Visa and the girl said she was going to fix me up. I explained to her that I can't purchase online because when I enter the zip code for Mt. PLeasant TX( the store she is in which has the part in stock) it says no store within 50 miles of that zip code has it in stock and that I DO NOT WANT TO ORDER IT AND HAVE IT SHIPPED. So she proceeds to waste my time ( singing in my ear and complaining about how she hates computers while she fumbled through the process) for fifteen minutes and in the end she says "ok sir it will be shipped here and you can pick up Monday"( its Saturday and I need it today). I told her at the start I did not want to do that.

Go here for all of my appliance needs. Great customer service and usually have everything you will need in stock.
