Above and beyond experience by owner. We had a issue with our appliances purchased through sears in Cleburne and had extreme difficulty using the customer service through CORPORATE sears. They continued to give us the run around and rescheduling service for our brand new appliances that did not work.  But when we called the Cleburne store directly and expressed our frustration, they were so quick to get the issue resolved and even had the owner himself come and exchange our defective appliances. He went completely out of his way to come fix the problem when it technically was not his responsibility to fix. Very pleased and grateful for their response to this unfortunate issue. Will be using Cleburne sears in the future all thanks to the awesome owner!!

Very rude and disrespectful customer service in warranty dept. When come to fix my washer the employee scratched and dented my agitator and to this day its still not fixed.  I've asked to speak with a supervisor on numerous occasions and they tell me there busy I can't talk to one.
