This particular Sears is not only terrible, but they seem to be corrupt. They refused to honor "surprise point discounts" when they appear clearly on your account. They ask you to input your pin number and even if you enter it correctly, it rejects. It seems they intentionally reject surprise points that you qualify for. The customer service reps and cashiers are very rude and abrupt. I think they know that this location will most likely be closing in a few months anyway, so they don't care. The Livingston Mall location is much better and nicer. It is much easier to order things online via Sears website and apply your surprise points and other points for discounts rather than shopping in the store itself. Also, once my friend was seeing better discounts online while he was in the store, so he purchased those items online while in the store, and since they track your phone, the manager actually cancelled everything he ordered claiming the tools were not in stock even though we literally saw plenty of them on the shelf. Corrupt!

The worst Sears I have visited, which is unfortunate because I work across the street from this location and I do enjoy their inventory/sales. No matter what time of day you visit this location the lines are always unbelievably long as if it is ALWAYS Black Friday or the holidays, one person on register downstairs and you're lucky if there is one person upstairs. Customer service is terrible & if you need help on the floor good luck finding ANYONE who isn't too busy re-stocking shelves or racks. I much rather shop online then in store.

The bathrooms are totally UNACCEPTABLE and management failed to respond when I brought this to someone's attention. Sears - Woodbridge Mall in NJ. There was poop in the toilet, pee on the floor, throw up in the sink, feminine products in the toilet, trash everywhere and toilet paper (used) in every stall. Trash was overflowing anf nasty floors.

Worst customer service. The fitting room we were just using close to the clothes we were purchasing was suddenly closed and we're forced to walk to other end of the store. The fitting room attendant was so rude yelled at all cutomers. What a great way to drive customers out of stores !!!
