Came to return an iPhone case.  Fine they are busy.  Waited for my turn at the door.  Asked to now go and wait around the accessories area.  Reasonable.  No one there to assist.   Fine.  One employee roaming around.  Asked her for assistance.  Nicely ignored.  One lady ahead of me looking for a case.  Apple store employee helps her.  Makes sense.  While he is helping her one more person starts looking for the case.  I got skipped..  what?  15 mins to return a case at a company store that says “this is more than a store.”

Made and appointment and came here to have my battery replaced.  They told me after arriving that they had none in stock. I returned about a week later when the part came in, and picked up my phone. After getting home I realized my screen was broken and couldn’t use my camera or talk on the phone. I went back right away, and the employee tried to tell me I had an unofficial screen! What?! After some time they realized their error, and agreed to replace it. The replacement took 1 hour longer than they estimated, and then tried to charge me after agreeing they broke it and said the service would be free! What?! Everything ended up being fine after 6 visits, 5 or which were made in 2 days.

They were fast and happy when I needed to buy a phone but super slowly to fix their phone saying the next tec appointment was in 4 days.

I like Apple but I won’t be using Menlo Park anymore. Training was just OK but what really got my goat was the way the sales girl treated me when buying a case and Wireless Charger for my phone. She got pissy with me. And they knew I was a customer from one  of their corporate accounts. When I get a chance to go to the WTC location near work I will be sure to let them know how I was treated. It was not the “experience” I was expecting at all.

I've been here three times now to try and get my apple watch fixed. The first two times I was sent away by an employee, and the third time they sent it in. Just got it back and they claimed there was nothing wrong, even though the wrist detection still does not work. Horrible customer service for repairs.
