Went to this location and had an amazing experience. Can’t beat the prices on anything they sell. The best part besides the pricing is the staff. They are very professional and make you feel like a valued customer. They are not happy until you are satisfied. I recommend this store to anyone in the market for new appliances or electronics. Ask for Osei or Bob (manager). You will not be disappointed

We recently purchased kitchen appliances from P.C. Richards and had an excellent experience.  The sales rep was super knowledgeable and easy to work with.   Customer service was also great and very helpful.  Would definitely go again for future purchases, and highly recommend!

I've been buying from PC Richard's for over 20 years now. The prices they give me I can never beat.I still double check them just to be sure, but they are the lowest. I deal with Jeff Mason and he always makes the deal work. This last Tuesday, I woke up to a malfunctioned refrigerator. I called him and told him what had happened. I had done research on the web and already knew which model I would be buying. All the local stores were advertising this model at the same price. I didn't have to tell Jeff this, the price he quoted me annihilated every other store! On top of that, he got it delivered that Friday!  The delivery people were on time and professional. When they were done, all packing was removed and no damage could be seen on the item or the house. Great store and manager. Jeff is the go-to guy! Here's to another 20!  Thanks Jeff

My refrigerator totally clunk out on me just before I was suppose to have guest from out of town arrive. I did some quick on-line research. It came down to Costco or P.C. Richards. Costco would have taken over a week to deliver. Mr Sehun got me next day delivery opening on Sunday. He also destroyed Costco’s price. All in all every thing fell together perfectly thank to Sehun. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Simply the best P.C. Richard's I've been to. Drove all the way from Brooklyn NY and i wasn't disappointed at all. Extremely friendly staff. Osei helped me with all questions I had regarding picking out a mattress and TV. The store manager of this store was very helpful. Easy in and out experience. Overall I will defiently be returning for more business. Thank you guys!!!
