A nice store, the selection was down a little bit because of the big weekend sales. Clean and had friendly service too 👍👍. They also do a military discount too

Do not order appliances for delivery from Sears. Staff in store was great, but this was their fourth attempt at delivering my appliance after they failed to deliver on the first three attempts without telling me they weren’t coming. I took off work 2 of the previous times and my wife took off work the other time and there still was no delivery. So after missing work for 3 failed deliveries, Today, they finally delivered the appliance and went to hook it up and the out-sourced third party failed to bring the proper wiring. It is impossible to speak to anyone in store about this issue. So, you get to call and speak with someone in the Philippines at another out-sourced company. There is a reason Sears is going bankrupt and closing so many stores, and I should have known better than to order from them. Finally spoke with someone on the phone at Sears and she informed me I could come “buy” the wiring in store if I wanted to do it myself. Considering I have already bought this wiring for the delivery, I am not sure what I should do.

Very complete selection of quality tools. Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. All one needs in the tools department.

Purchased range, suppose to call when it cam it,didnt. Put wrong phone number on receipt to track.
Store will not answer phone to talk to person.
Had to go to store hoping its in. 
Pickup area furniture nasty!

There's an Avis Car Rental and Budget Rent A Car inside near the merchandise pick up door. It's closed on Sundays. Free overnight parking with security on premises.
