The place was deserted. I went in for a battery. BTW Diehards are the best batteries! They had 1 service writer. He refused to do an electrical check until I committed to buying a $178 battery. He said he had NO way of checking the alternator until a new battery was installed. If that's the case put a good battery in it & do an electrical check!?! There was one person ahead of me. It took an hour to install a battery. The people I dealt with were not the least bit friendly. No smiles. I was told they were under staffed, yet they had a guy that did nothing but drive cars into & out of the shop. Really? ! I asked him, he said his job title was "driver". He said he could NOT write a ticket to put my car in the shop. I had to stand around waiting for the 1 customer ahead of me to be fully helped. They had mechanics standing around smoking, nothing to do. Maybe they should be installing batteries in their spare time?

The automotive service center is always accommodating to my schedule. James has always been very helpful and honest every time I've taken my car in. I trust his recommendations and advice.

I love Sears. I have always have a pleasant experience here. This time I went in for a garage door opener I found online. Service was quick. The guy helping me made sure I had everything I needed. He pointed out a feature I didn't know about. Then checked out. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Great for finding sales, plenty of parking. Slightly worried about this store because it was like a ghost town: I saw just three other shoppers.

The cashier went above and beyond to help me. She would not give up until I left the store happy. This store have some of the best customer service.
