All the staff were very friendly and willing do what it takes to get you in your new system in and out. Great customer service from the sales man willing to help out even after I came back next following day with any questions or issues I had. Even helped me tune an amp that I bought from another Car Toys awhile back. I have been using Car Toys for any stereo equipment in another location but find that this store here in Harrison Rd is much friendly and willing to help out more so than any other Car Toys in the Colorado Springs area. Just the excellent customer service got be sold as lifetime customer. I definitely recommend this store.

Ray Valdez did an awesome job installing a backup camera, radar detector and dash cam in my Mercedes. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My next stop there will be for a detail job. Customer for life! My first experience with Ray Valdez/Car Toys was so positive that I made an appointment for a car exterior detail service; I can't imagine that my Mercedes looked any better when it was brand new! Well-satisfied customer who will be back for more!

Love this place! Great customer service, great product, and great price! I love my new car remote start. They squeezed me in to their schedule and got everything done super fast. I have got to say that Raymundo III Valdez and Josh Abeyta were the best employees there ever!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at this store. I was helped by a David Hendricks he was highly educated on the products in the store and had amazing customer service skills. I ended up getting a new system for my car and I couldn’t be any happier with my experience there. I will definitely refer this store to friends!

This was my first time in the store. I was greeted by Vinny and John, both are nice. I went in having an idea of what I wanted, but not totally decided. John left and Vinny was left to assist me. What I didn't care for, (this could be personal preference,) is that the very first thing that was asked of me once John left is what I was looking to spend. I was prepared to spend anywhere from $400 - $2K, maybe more if I liked certain items enough and it made sense. I threw out a ballpark number and then Vinny threw some items together around that price without educating me on the brand, performance, reviews etc. I wanted to know why these items were being recommended so I could make an educated decision and it seemed like it was solely off of budget. I was blindly thrown into certain items based on a budget alone. We walked over to the computer and Vinny started coming up with what my final price would be for items I knew nothing about except that they fit my vehicle. I asked to have an invoice so I could see the price breakdown and Vinny was unable to provide it. He also seemed rushed and failed to engage me and make me feel important like a customer who wants to spend money should This review is not meant to bash anyone, but rather provide constructive criticism that I think a lot of reviews lack. I will come back to the store if I am in the market for similar products, but next time please focus on the customer needs. If price is a top priority, the customer will let you know. I could have spent a decent amount of money if the right solution was presented and explained to me. I didn't like walking into a place, asked what my budget was, and then have that be the primary focus without knowing much about what the employee was packaging together for me.
