Good selection of products and decent prices. I got my tubing stuff here. Organized and clean but somewhat crowded shop with all the gear packed in. Usually not too busy or long lines. 

Also the closest place I've been able to find to buy the Annual NW Forest Pass near me.

When they didn't have what I needed,  they referred me to another store that did!  Now that is excellent customer service!   Kudos Big 5!

These people seem to be not wanting to sale things. They always push to another thing that you aren't interested in.

Great service, did not have what we needed that is the only reason why they did not get 5 stars. But definitely 5 star customer service was what I received.
