WORST experience ever trying to get an item delivered to my home and installed. Customer Service is the WORST when trying to call this store. No body answers the phone just goes to voicemails. The install customer service number told me to call and ask for the shoe department cause they always answer..how sad is that. Tried that still no answer. Delivery as jacked up my order 3 times in less than a week, the sales person neglected to add installation and then they sent my items to the distribution center which the install company WONT pick up from so now I'm waiting for the item to be delivered to my home again. The install company even told me I should have gone to Home Depot or Loews as I wouldn't be dealing with all this bs. Never again will I shop at Sears and if I don't get a call soon about this all being straightened out I'm canceling my order and going to Home Depot

This location is actually pretty decent, the deals are amazing, the selection are wide. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because whenever I have a question and need to find someone I can never find anyone.

I'm in this location quite often customer service is ok they have great deals on things I buy all the time. Store is clean but disorganized at times. Overall one of my favorite stores.

Terrible Experience, Will no longer shop with sears. We ordered a shed online with a roof support kit. They sent us the wrong shed, so we contacted them to see if we could return it in store, and was told yes. When we went to the store they said we couldn't return it because it was over 30 past the order date, even though we had only had it a couple of days since the delivery date. So after speaking with a manager they agreed to accept the return in store, BUT only processed the roof kit for a return even though they took the actual shed back in the store. I have been on the phone with them for an hour now, trying to track down the shed that they took back and didn't refund me for.

Stopped by the Sears in TriCounty.  I was looking for appliances.  With a few issues on getting it paid for,  the guy that helped me was awesome.  Got it done and they will be delivered Monday.  About $1500.00 for all four.  Fridge, microwave, electric stove and a dishwasher.
