Great store. Nice clothing variety. The phone service from the women who answered in athletic department was terrible. She answered as if it was her own personal cellphone. I asked about a specific item that I had previously saw in store approximately 2 days ago in vivid detail and she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. She proceeded to take a long time to find the item. I was under the impression that was waiting on me to hang up. Therefore I did so.

Love Macy especially when u have great sales on everthing..... need more of them like that. This will differently bring in customers more often. A lot of savings today.

Nice variety for kids and through out the store, but while shopping in the children section is very uncomfortable because they follow you around the store! Everyone isnt stealing and its uncomfortable when they follow you all around spying on you!

I love Macy's I purchase something most of the time but not today what I wanted was not on sale it was more than what I wanted to spend I will watch to see if it goes on sale then I will purchase if they still have my size

The customer service was very inadequate. The manager at the Cincinnati Dayton Road location did not follow though on her offer to rectify the poor customer service that I received. Furthermore they only put a drop of sauce on the wings. Be sure to ask for extra sauce if you like your wings with sauce. I will stick with Buffalo wild wings!
