I went into this store to purchase clothing for work. The two ladies that helped me were so nice and took there time to help me. Never have been in this store so I was new to all there clothing and pricing. I ended up spending almost 250.00 in this store. I found the same pants and a shirt at the local Goodwill a lot cheaper than what I just had spent in this store. So I returned what I had just bought not even 2 hours later. The two ladies were still very friendly and understood. Here is the bad: I had bought 2 bras that I REALLY DID NOT NEED . So I was not able to return the items when I return the other stuff as they did not have the money in the register at that time. So I took them back a week later. The manager that was there when I went in was VERY rude. She huffed and puffed when I said I wanted to return the items. I asked why they had contacted me about my return ..she stated that they do this when people return stuff all the time: remind you I never have been at this place. I was very pissed off at this point. Also I understand that you are a BBW but this lady was so big and sloppy that she was leaning on the counter as she was judging me as I wanted to return something that I did not want or need. The whole time she was very rude and her comments towards me were not needed. If this is a manager she really needs to be removed. SHE is making your company look sloppy and her attitude towards a new customer will make it where I am now!! I will not be back just because of her.
