Neal helped me get into my car in 90 degree weather. I was not a customer or anything. He kept telling me to not be sorry and that people are here to help other people. I know now that i will give Sears Auto my business from now on. Im thankful for guys like him who help people and are not all about the money.

Sears Spokane Valley is have a great 3 days sales event starting Sunday 7/16 thru Tues 7/18. You can save an extra 10 to 15% off of regular and sale prices throughout the store.

They are one of the stereotype tire shops that will take you for every penny. My friend took his car in to get tires they told him be needed new break lines at the cost of $300. Knowing they get there parts from auto zone because they they had a delivery just as we got there. We got the break lines there . Sears has a huge markup on parts. I don't know what kind of discount they get on there commercial account. but for the run of the mill person they were $13 and not $40 like he was quoted. I believe they are a flat rate shop because they said it would take about 3 hours to do them in reality it took about a hour. Also they outsourced there tools.

Their selection is not bad prices are actually really good. But how the employees are treated on a daily basis is just sad. I've seen a girl that worked their get yelled at for helping an old lady to the elevator.

No wonder Sears is going out of business everywhere. This store may not be too far behind the others. Bought a $1500 craftsman riding mower. The rear end went out, the fan broke, and the valves were all out of whack. In other words it was junk. Called and asked if it was under warranty and was told it wasn't. Then when the fan broke called and asked and was told it was. This is after $800 rear end was put in it at my expense. Was told I could bring it back to the store by an associate and then the manager said no. They gave me a number for in home repair, the guy says he doesn't work on riding mowers only push mowers. Call the other in home service repair, can't understand anybody that I'm talking to. Finally get someone who speaks English and she says sorry it's not under warranty. After 3 hours and a dozen different people, I took it to my local small engine repair and paid to have my new mower fixed...again. Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere... Seriosuly.
