The people hear are nice and some of the prices are good. There are coupons you can find that will help lower the price. There is a $100 off $300 or more on every receipt, so buy something cheap like a cleaner then do the survey for the coupon.

Very helpful. I came in with another Jeweler and asked if they can match it, and they did! they helped me a suggested what would fit and what would not, they even had the same items as online!

Went in to get my girlfriends ring inspected. Ended up waiting a half hour because everyone there kept skipping over me to talk to people who looked like potential buyers.  The irony is I'm in the market for a engagement ring. Looks like I will be going across to Kay Jewlers now.

Sent my rings in for their 6 month inspection and had them sent out for their yearly rhodium dip. When they came back over 3 weeks later,   2 diamonds were missing!!! I sent them back to have the diamonds replaced which took another few weeks.  The manager was condescending and the other staff completely ignored me when I went in.  
When I went back in to pick them up,  I waited ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and 2 of the 3 employees working were not with other customers. I told the man that I needed to pick up my rings and he asked if I had a balance due on them. I said no,  and he questioned me!!! I paid for them in full 10 years ago!!!!! Then he stopped helping me to help a couple that just came in to look.  I waited 5 more minutes before he got my rings out but didn't complete the paperwork so I couldn't leave. He went back to helping them. The rude manager kept ignoring me and sent the other employee to help. She took the paperwork I still had,  and walked away. Then another couple walked in so she helped them. Do these people only care about sales?!!?! It was a while before the original guy helping me came back with my paperwork, then had to track down the paperwork the other girl took from me... after everything, I was in there over half an hour to be treated like crap and pick up a ring that they lost diamonds from.  I will never purchase from them again. Horrible horrible customer service! I wish we could rate 0 stars!!!

I've never had a GOOD experience at this location so I should have waited to have my ring inspected until I could make it to north town. The staff is unhelpful, pushy, and condescending. I'll have my ring cleaned exclusively at other locations from now on.
