I buy all of my major appliances here and I'll buy any more that I need here. It's great store with great salesmen.

Need more cashiers. Seems they do not care as much about customer service as the sell. Reason why I seldom shop here. Swimsuit sale is good.

Beware the appliances! We bought a dryer they told us was a floor model. No delivery available on floor models so I had to drive back to Los Banos get my truck and pick it up myself. Got the dryer home and it didn't work. I called Sears and they told me the customer buys open box items at their own risk. What? If I bought something at the flea market I would expect it to work! Anyway, we checked the lint filter and discovered it had been used and returned. Sears put it back out on the floor and sold it, to us, in a non working condition. I had to take it back to Sears where the store manager told me "sorry". There was no effort to compensate me for my time or gas. No recognition that they lied to us. Sears should be ashamed!

They need more cashiers! Ridiculous. And then the one that is the the men's department is just taking forever. Don't know if you can tell from the picture, but there is about 8 people waiting to get checked out. And the cashier just walked off...

Customer service is okay. However I mainly go for the tools. Love Craftsman tools and used to come here with my dad to get tools. Black Friday has great sales on Craftsman tools. Will keep coming. It would be sad to lose Sears. Too many of my childhood places are closed.
