Traded 2 phones in with this T-mobile store. Realized that I was not getting credit for one of them, and I was told that I takes a couple of months to get the credit. Three months passed still nothing. I then called in to check on it and I was told that they only received one phone. Not a good place to go to if you want to get new service.

Bought the newest blackberry model to test if it was powerful enough for the app i was working on, and i let them know i would be returning it if it wasnt powerful enough. It wasnt, and ran the app at 2 fps. I returned it and the tablet that came with the next day, but they didnt cancel the lines after i explicitly said i didnt want to have any service with tmobile. I payed around $75 to return the devices due to restocking fees at the time of return, and was told that there would be no further charges from tmobile. Yet they charged me $148 for the lines to two devices which were in the store's possesion. After talking with them again, i have to wait another 30 days just to see how corporate has handled the cancellation. I didnt even get a notice of billing the first time, i was only alerted to the issue after a collection agency called my house phone. Two days later i recieved the bill, and a collections notice. I dont see how it is even legal to charge for a service that was not renderred or utilized, let alone send a bill directly to collections for it.

The individual store here was alright with helping me with this issue, but the company itself has been very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend transferring service to tmobile unless they offer a lower rate than your current service.

..honestly  horrible shady sales people. They add lines to your acct and also charge you $1o to transfer  contacts only to find out from other stores its free. Save your wallet and go to nchenry stores or Turlock!
