Purchased a TV from Sears in 2014. The TV stopped working. We had purchased the Protection Agreement (5 yr. plan). We are very grateful that we did! We will be receiving a brand new TV delivered to our home. Thank you Sears! Also, a huge thanks to Adam and Jay! Both of these employees went above and beyond to help me!

I've bought a lot of big ticket items from here and everything's been okay. Just okay. I put a big tool box in lay away so they will hold it for me (I was planning on picking it up the week after and wanted to made sure it stayed in stock) the day I went to get it I was looking online and found a way better deal else where. On a equal quality as a craftsman. So I cancelled my lay away (it says 10$ fee they ended up keeping $35) but I didn't care because the savings at the other store made up for my lost. But I will no longer go to Sears I will find other places to go.

All seemed well when I had my first problem with my fridge. We'll send someone out in 2 weeks with a new seal for your fridge freezer door. Then they call to reschedule, part on backorder. 3 months later the wrong seal shows up. The repair man looks at the seal in question and by this time has ice has formed on top of the door and in the door. He sits out in my driveway for an hour then comes back and says I need a new door and he can't order it. Contact the store. After more calls and more back and forth trying to get an answer about what they're going to do with my fridge, I was finally told the repair man reported it as if we stood on the door and dented it in. I am still fighting the battle and my warranty is up in a week. Don't buy from Sears. It is very difficult to get to talk to a real person on their automated number system too. Not to mention getting g a new truck oil change done and they can't put the plastic cover back on right underneath the truck.

Called in regards to a tool box, associate said he could hold it for me for up to 24 hours. Called twice the day of pick up to make sure it was being held for me, they assured me it was. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up and when I arrived they informed me they sold it an hour before I got there. Really upset with the associates for not keeping their word. Will not be doing business with them again.
