Only place in town that had what I was looking for. The customer service was great and let me try on my item so I could get the right size even though the store was busy. felt like i was the only customer there that day.

I tried to return a defective set of headphones I received as a gift. Since they were an item they no longer stock and I had no receipt they would not let me return them. Also, I tried to return an upopened item for one of a different color. Since I didn't have a receipt they charged me sales tax. They rationalized it that I could have bought the item anywhere (even though its the only Best Buy in 90 miles from me) and so they don't know how much I paid in taxes, and I guess instead of their big corporation possibly overpaying $1 in sales tax I should have to pay double the amount of Sales Tax.

Best high end electronic store around! Only down fall was Barb the lady helping us. She was nice but then farted in my sons face.were still dealing with the pink eye......

Not very good stock. Seems everything I was looking for was low. No video cards under$300? Come on. Also, took me about 5 minutes of searching to find an employee that could help me with monitors. Maybe the manger of this particular store doesn't realize I can easily but all my electronics and games online. Service and convenience is why I go to a store these days.

Very helpful staff. Almost to the point of too much, but not. I'm a very self sufficient shopper and usually know what im after. To the normal shopper they would be perfect. Very competitive prices on items.
