Went to the lawn care parts department at a Sears in Memphis and received the absolute WORST customer service of my entire life. The customer service rep was not only inadequate in her ability to preform her job duties but one of the most rude individuals I have ever met in my 58 years. If this is an example of customer service at all Sears locations I can understand why this retail chain struggles to remain in business. Sears used to have the reputation of providing quality Craftsman products and friendly sales reps however this does not appear to be the case any longer. I would have a difficult time recommending this location to anyone.

If this store is typical, then it is no surprise the chain is in trouble. While a line of customers waited, two employees continued on with a conversation and completely ignored the customers they were supposedly helping. Instead of checking out people, one was busy trying to decide if she should get change and what other employees were doing. The woman who checked out my wife spent more time talking to the other employee than us. Sears use to be a great store. Now it is just sad and ready to be closed.

Customer service not good and shelves picked over. Not the same sears I used to be loyal to. Used to buy almost every tool appliance and tires there but not anymore. Rarely go there anymore. My father used to work for sears and he always said sears 1st. Those days r gone... :(

Fast friendly service, had the product l was looking for and only spent 20 minutes total in purchasing product and picking it up at customer pick up.Good job Sears employees at the Wolf Chase mall

Gave up on buying my merchandise. Two thirds of the registers were closed and at the one that was open there was a long line. Clerks were not helpful.
