Awful 1st experience. I literally just stayed on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get some assistance. I repeated dialed every department and not one single department answered the phone in my 2O minute attempt. I live a good 40 minutes from the store and wanted to assure the product I'm looking for is in stock before I make the drive. Uncalled for!

There's a Sephora inside the store and although it's not huge they still have a great selection of products and the sales associates are so so friendly and helpful!!!

My husband and I were shopping on Black Friday and the staff was very helpful despite the crowds. We did however waste several minutes inquiring about pricing bbecause many of the sale signs were not accurate. Still we got some great deals and had a good time.

When security follows you everywhere but the register and watch you buy your clothes. I asked was it a problem then asked to see a manager! I even asked if she wanted to search my bag she said no! Me and my mother shop there all the time so this made me beyond pissed.The store needs better management anyway. Jeremy should of been fired a long time ago!
