Feels like the Bazaar in Return of the Jedi and their manager is Jaba the Hut.. Horrible service by horrible people.. You give them your phone and  then they speak in a different language so they can openly talk about how to overcharge you by creating more problems, get the picture.. They have no integrity or morals the sit behind their token American flag as if they have honor or even no what it stands for.. Read the rest of the reviews I wish that I did, can't help but notice they either have 1 star or 5 star ratings that means the truth is in the 1 star reviews and the 5 stars are from family and friends.. 1 out of 2 people hated their service from Mr. Fix it if they average 2.4 stars. I wish that there was a black hole rating for this place..

This past weekend, I brought my iPhone 6S w/ a cracked screen to Mr. Fix It. My shattered screen was replaced, yet my phone lost its 3G touch capability. I can no longer move or delete my apps, nor perform several other functions. Although Mr. Fix It costs $10 less and is quicker at repairs than Apple, the business lacks quality assurance. It is a small business in which its three employees will say whatever they can to earn your money.

A happy customer here! I have had a few repairs done with mr fix it in the past 6 months or so including a screen replacement of an ipad and I must say that how quick and efficient they are really impresses me.  Fair pricing as well so definitely 5 star from this customer....

Brand new 6s had a broken screen"out of apple warranty"  among with other internal parts "warranty eligible".  They referable me to apple gave me a new phone for a screen repair cost. 

I can highly appreciate their integrity to "do right be the customer"

So I just want to say.. If you ever have a broken screen on your phone.. Under NO circumstances bring it to Mr. Fix It in the crystal mall in Waterford. My screen had a little crack in the bottom corner, yes I understand that the whole screen still needed to be replaced, however there was absolutely nothing else wrong with the phone. I didn't want to pay $200 to go through my insurance (even though I should have just done it) so I went to them. They offered me $115 plus tax (basically $130) to fix it in about 30 minutes. So I agreed just to try to save some money. I get my phone back about 45 minutes later and within 20 minutes my screen is acting all sorts of crazy, not letting me click on things I want and making other things pop up that I wasn't even touching. Basically turned my phone into a paperweight. I couldn't text, I couldn't turn it off, I couldn't even really unlock my screen. Idk what they did to my phone other than make the screen look new again but they are definitely a shoddy business and I would never ever let them touch any of my electronics ever again. Just an fyi out there if you're ever in the market to get your screen fixed. Pick someone different to work on your phone.
