So sad to see this one going away. Been to Sears all my life. They got all different kinds of clothing you can't get anywhere else. Hope the company gets itself together so they can survive. Getting rid of K Mart would probably help.

I've shopped here for over 20 years always dependable for my tools and appliances. But I do believe they are closing one of the best stores in the area

The store at westgate Toledo was horrible. It was soooooo junkie all I could do was leave. I've been to many store closings, but never one that looked this bad.

They came to fix my oven a week ago. Had to order a part so rescheduled for today between 12 and 4. I took off work and sat here waiting. 4p arrived and no repairman so i kept calling to get an eta and recording kept giving a later time and later until it was 8pm and still nothing. I called to speak to a human who said my appt is on the 29th. Uh no i got a reminder call and every time i called today it knew i had an appt. The best they would do is in 3 more days and cannot even give me an exact time so i don't have to take a whole other day off work. This is the most unprofessional company i have ever seen and i am so livid. I wouldn't even use them but my home warranty company uses them and i already paid them my deductible. I would give them a negative 10 stars if i could!!! Don't ever use them!!!
