I know this has a lot of bad reviews lately, but I just went in to get two windows tinted and they were super fast.  I didn't look, but I am guessing a half hour. They look good too.  So my experience was good.  Thanks you

I wanted an inexpensive, basic CD player. Was led to the premium systems first. Thought I was choosing an inexpensive system. After ring up was surprised to find out it would cost $245! I was asking what the extra costs was about? Happened to be something I wouldn't use or have. Finally the sales person Mec said they had a cheaper system. I felt he was rude and annoyed with me. I would have left but had been waiting a long time to get this done. I had an appointment and he wouldn't tell me how long this would take (took over 2 hours)!! I do NOT recommend this place. I will not do business here.

I have done a good amount of business with them but as of today I will no longer take my business there. I purchased a remote start for my daughter for christmas and she had a few issues with it. When she took it back the tech claimed there were 2 ways to hook this up and they will look at it and correct the install to the better way. 1st of all why not do it right the 1st time? Then I bought her a radio and had it installed somewhere else only to find the remote start has been tangled in with the airbag cords and around a clip which had broke. When my daughter asked to speak to the manager he became confrontational and accused the other business of breaking the clip. The other business even called to explain and to try to work something out as well and again the manager was confrontational with that person. If this is how this company does business, they just lost mine. I have purchased several things from them and given several things as gifts. No longer will I support a company that does shady business practices!

I arrived for my appointment today that I had scheduled a week ago. When I arrived they told me that it would be a while before someone could get to my vehicle. An hour later I asked if it was almost my turn. They told me it would be another 2 hours to even have my remote start looked at. And another 2 hours of they needed to install a new one. I drove over an hour to get there and had to drive over an hour home. Very disappointed in the service, the management, and their inability to even stick to an appointment.

Have done lots of buisness with these guys until recently. Had subs, all new door speakers, and an amp installed in my 2015 Mazda 3 which fried my ecu (according to 2 mazda dealerships) so i took it to them to look at and they denied all responsibilities. The speakers kept cutting in and out and said they'd look at it. Never did. So i took my degree in automotive tech and removed the panels myself and found speaker wire leads touching together. Car has 20k miles on it with a dash lit up like a x-mas tree now. Manager was reluctant to answering question as what knowledge he did have was very innacurate. Save urself time and money and find someone PROFESSIONAL.
