Places an order beginning of the month never received it, been trying to get my money but he won't give me money back cause I don't have the order that was never sent out and on top of that I paid cash. Don't know what so hard about canceling an order I'm sure there a way to do this Sears and give me my money back. Amazon did it and shipped it to me in 2 days. Sears is taking a month if not longer now, still don't have it. Shame on you Sears.
