Dear Zales. I purchased a beautiful piece of jewelry at the Monroeville PA store. The staff was very professional and courteous. I needed to have my ring sized so I left it with the sales associate and when she gave me my paperwork she told me it would be three weeks before my ring would be returned. I find this to be totally unacceptable!I. It should not take three weeks for a piece of jewelry to come back from being sized/fixed. This is very poor customer service. Unfortunately This type of customer service will deter me from ever shopping at zales again. I have a lot of jewelry from many different stores and have never encountered such poor service in regards to sizing/repair work. Disappointed customer,

In disgust I was lied to in my face after being a loyal customer, making every jewelry purchase with zales and recommending family and friends to this company. I was lied about finance options and a sales rep said itll be interest free for 12 months... 6 Months down the road I see a mysterious 79.66 dollar charge TWICE because it was actually 6 months and the sales rep lied to me. DO NOT believe anything these people say and ALWAYS request things to show on paper BEFORE signing anything so you dont end up in a situation like mine. VERY disgusted with the experience and feel taken advantage of. I will no longer be a customer to Zales and I advise that you DO NOT shop there.

**PLEASE READ AND SHARE** As you all know, Alysha proposed to me on May 31st, 2015 with a gorgeous ring from the Zales jewelry store in Willowbrook Mall in NJ. My obsession with my ring was quickly put on pause after a side stone had fallen out not even a full month later in June 2015. I was promised by Mani, the woman who sold us the ring, that the diamond would be replaced within six weeks. Not only did I wind up waiting an extra week, the diamond that was replaced was raised so you could feel a significant difference between that one and the rest. Now....fast-forward to August 2016, three weeks before our engagement pictures and four weeks before our engagement party, yet another diamond fell out of my engagement ring. This time there was no hiding the severity of the damage-- the diamond that had fallen out was right on top of the ring next to the center stone. When I brought the ring back to the store, they informed me that the repairs would take another six weeks. I cried. I begged them for another option because I couldn't obviously participate in these two events without the ring. After two days worth of begging, they agreed to send my ring to a jeweler in New York. Thankfully, I had the ring back just in time. I thought my frustration would be over...I mean what are the odds that another diamond would fall out? Well, another one did NOT EVEN A FULL MONTH LATER AFTER BEING FIXED FOR A SECOND TIME. I contacted Mani again, this time absolutely exhausted and furious, and she promised me that she would special order me a brand new ring sized to my specifications the following Monday and that she would contact me when the order was placed. I never received a phone call so by Saturday I called her. She told me that she wasn't able to put the order in until Friday and that she'd let me know when it went through. Today, Monday, October 24th, 2016, Mani informed me that not only did Zales deny my request for a special order, but THE MANAGER OF ZALES told her there is no way she can damage out the ring and that her "hands are tied." My only options, according to the manager, is to yet again send out my ring, for a third time within a year and a half of having it, to get it repaired. At this point, I AM DONE with Zales. How do I know that a diamond won't fall out right before our wedding in nine months??? It's already happened THREE times. We are currently looking for my fiancee's wedding band and I promise you, nothing would ever convince me to buy it from Zales. Mani has been professional and helpful, but she doesn't have the ability I assume to damage this ring out. The manager at this Zales, who I have spoken to in the past, is rude, unfriendly, apathetic, and disingenuous. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING SOMETHING FROM ZALES TO AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! You would think after spending THOUSANDS of dollars on a ring that you would get a quality ring. Instead, Zales has given us a large amount of stress and frustration. They have really ruined what's supposed to be one of the happiest times of our lives.

The quality of there products suck . There rings turn, my stone has feel out, and they will NOT give you a different piece of jewelry or refund .
