went to buy a blazer , had a very good experience. The sales person name was Anita she was very humble and very accurate in suggesting me which dress would look good on me. She has a very good sense of humor on dressing. Additionally she also offered me discount coupon where i saved 50$ which was really nice of her.

Went to macys yesterday to get myself and my friend perfumes. The lady with short hair who was helping us told to find our perfumes separately and sent my friend to other employee. She started showing perfumes and at last when I was confused among 3 perfumes that I loved the most, I had to call my friend to help me select one. She told me to choose one myself in a rude way. As I was trying to choose one among them, she suddenly, out of nowhere, told me "I know you guys aren't buying anything today. I can't help you anymore" and left. Like seriously?? I was just trying to select 1 out of 3. I was not even taking too long. All this happened in like 10 minutes. I shop in Macy's a lot and I'll continue but never in Macys Irving Mall because I don't wanna see her face ever again.

My customer service is always great, and greet w/ a smile, sadly have to say what's up with stock of Ralph Lauren, only 3 pair of ralph Lauren jeans, polo brand socks, polo brand underwear, a lot of the polo shirts but in the bright pastel ones😞
